Use the fields and buttons on the Milestones tab to view milestones that have been added to your calendar.
Milestones Tab Fields and Buttons
The grid columns that the following tables display are the default columns. You can select the columns that you want to see on the grid using the Column Selector Profiles pop-up.

Click to access the Column Selector Profiles pop-up, where you can select to display/not display columns and then save your selections as a Column Selector profile.

Job #
|
This column displays the number of the job to which this milestone belongs.
|
Client
|
This column displays the name of the client whose job includes this milestone.
|
Milestones
|
This column displays a name or description of the milestone.
|
Deadline
|
This column displays the date and time by which the milestone must be completed.
|
Complete
|
This column displays
Yes if the milestone is complete; otherwise it displays
No.

Click to mark a selected milestone as complete; you must have the correct permissions. When the milestone is complete, the
Complete column in the list of milestones displays
Yes.

Click to view the job to which a selected milestone belongs. If you have the correct permissions, you can edit the job information to change the milestone's information. If you do not have permission to view or edit jobs, clicking this button has no effect.
